Lake Okeechobee known as the Big O is Florida’s largest lake and the second largest lake in U.S. Lake Okeechobee is one of the best bass fishing spots in the whole world. Okeechobee is nearly 450,000 acres (730 square miles) of bass fishing paradise. Located in south central Florida, Okeechobee is about 2hrs. South of Orlando. Okeechobee receives a lot of fishing pressure, but restorative measures have made fish populations thrive in recent years. The lake averages around 6-8 feet in depth and contains a lots of vegetation to fish. The north end of the lake, Taylor Creek, Kings Bar, Tin House Cove, and Moonshine Bay on the west side are some of my favorite hotspots. Bass pretty much can be found most anywhere along the shoreline. A#1 Bass Guide Service offers 1/2, 3/4, and full day guided trips on Lake Okeechobee all year round! Serving Orlando Central Florida area Since 1991!
